Is Danny Masterson Pedophile? Many are curious about his current status as he was arrested and sentenced to 30 years.

Former American actor and convicted rapist Daniel Peter Masterson. He portrayed Milo Foster in Men at Work, and Jameson “Rooster” Bennett in The Ranch in That ’70s Show. In addition to being active on social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram, Masterson is well known for his film work.

In the 1990s, Masterson appeared in Cybill and Beethoven’s Second Symphony. Masterson decided to leave Cybill after appearing in its third and fourth seasons and go on to audition for a program called Teenage Wasteland, which was later renamed That ’70s Show.

He was a poker team member known as the Unabombers in the 2005 GSN program The James Woods Gang vs. The Unabombers. He has emceed poker tournaments featuring famous players like the Phat Farm Stuff Casino.

In a retrial, Danny Masterson, well-known for his parts in “That ’70s Show” and “The Ranch,” was found guilty on three counts of rape.

When Danny Masterson was initially accused of sexual assault in 2017, the news was all over it. He was accused of raping three women in June 2020 and has since entered a not-guilty plea.

In March 2017, four women alleged that the former cast member of That ’70s Show had sexually assaulted them in the early 2000s. In December 2017, a fifth woman came forward, alleging that the actor had “repeatedly raped” her while dating.

Masterson has been a member of the Scientology church since he was a young boy, and three of the five alleged victims are Scientologists. The star had previous relationships with the other accusers, Chrissie Carnell Bixler and Bobette Riales.

Since the allegations first surfaced, the Men at Work alum has maintained his innocence. In a statement to Us Weekly in December 2017, he said, “From day one, I have denied the outrageous allegations against me. These allegations were looked into by law enforcement more than 15 years ago, and they were found to be unfounded.

Four of Masterson’s accusers of sexual assault filed a civil lawsuit against him while the Los Angeles Police Department continued to look into his criminal case.

After the women came forward against Masterson in August 2019, they alleged that the Church of Scientology and its founder, David Miscavige, stalked them, invaded their privacy, and planned to obstruct justice.

Danny Masterson was convicted of rape earlier this year and sentenced to 30 years to life in prison.

Masterson, best known for his roles in the classic Fox sitcom “That 70’s Show” and Netflix’s “The Ranch,” was facing a jail sentence ranging from 30 years to life.

Masterson’s case shows the mental health issues that both survivors and defendants suffer in high-profile judicial battles. Such trials can have a significant emotional impact on all individuals involved.

This past May, the actor, who maintains his innocence, was convicted on two of three forcible rape charges. Masterson was accused of raping three women in his Hollywood Hills home between 2001 and 2003 while on “That 70’s Show.” 

The jury convicted him of raping two women in 2003 but could not decide on an allegation from November 2001 involving a previous lover while voting in favor of the conviction.
