When it comes to Ral Castillo’s marriage, he is single. He is in a relationship with costume designer Alexis Forte.
Alexis was born and reared in Lisbon, Portugal, before relocating to Miami at eleven.
She began her work as a ballet dancer at Miami City Ballet, Joffrey Ballet School, and Alvin Ailey and used dancing to break into clothing.
Alexis shifted from dancing to graphic arts in college after attending the famous Central Saint Martins in London.
Immersed in theatre and cinema, she realized her calling there. Alexis relocated to New York City after college to pursue a profession. Alexis’ design career began with the Sundance premiere of IFC Film’s Resurrection.

Ral Castillo, the outstanding actor, is not gay; he considers himself heterosexual. While he has played LGBT characters in his acting roles, his sexual orientation is straight.
According to his Wikipedia profile, Ral Castillo is not gay and identifies as heterosexual. Despite his sexuality, Ral Castillo does not seek permission to play LGBT roles.

“I’ve been thinking a lot about it in terms of this film, and in some respects, I think I was put on this world to question ideals of masculinity,” Castillo concluded. I believe there is a reason LGBTQ artists have looked out for me as a person throughout my career, even before I was famous.

Raul Castillo is the son of Raul H. and Adela Rodriguez de Castillo. His mother is Adela Rodriguez de Castillo, and his father is Raul H. Castillo, Sr.
As a kid, he was protected from prejudice in his hometown of McAllen since it was primarily Mexican-dominated. Tony Castillo is the name of his older brother.
Before he was born, his family moved from Reynosa, Mexico, to McAllen, Texas. McAllen is a border city in Texas home to around 90% of Mexican Americans.
