Nara Chandrababu Naidu, also known as Chandrababu Naidu or CBN, is an Indian politician serving as the Leader of the Opposition in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly. Naidu was the Chief Minister of the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh from 1995 to 2004 and the Opposition Leader from 2004 to 2014.

Naidu began his political career as a student union leader at Sri Venkateswara University while pursuing his master’s degree. He became a member of the Indian Youth Congress in 1975 and was chosen president of the Pulicherla branch. He backed Sanjay Gandhi after the country proclaimed an emergency in 1975.

He was involved in national politics from 1996 to 2004 when non-Congress coalition parties dominated Delhi. Following the legislative elections of 1996, he was named convenor of the United Front.

What Is Chandrababu Naidu Religion?

The well-known Indian politician Chandrababu Naidu has been involved in politics for many years and has held the office of chief minister of Andhra Pradesh multiple times.

Naidu was born to a farming family in a tiny village near Tirupati in what is now southeastern Andhra Pradesh.

He became involved in politics while a student at Sri Venkateswara University College of Arts in Tirupati, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in 1972 and continued his studies at the more prominent institution. 

He had joined the Indian National Congress (Congress Party) and served as the party’s local youth president in 1975-77, during the emergency rule enforced by then-prime minister Indira Gandhi. He later dropped out of college to seek a career in politics.

Nara Bhuvaneshwari is the wife of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, a notable Indian politician. Bhuvaneshwari has received attention for her continuous support for her spouse, particularly during difficult times.

In recent news, Nara Bhuvaneshwari reaffirmed her support for Chandrababu Naidu’s quest for Andhra Pradesh’s freedom following his imprisonment in an alleged corruption case.

She went to the Durga Devi temple to pray for her husband’s protection and courage, demonstrating her great belief in their family’s perseverance in tragedy. In 1981, he married Nara Bhuvaneshwari, and they had a son, Nara Lokesh.

While Nara Bhuvaneshwari’s public visibility is limited, her public appearances and utterances at critical points in her husband’s political journey illustrate her supportive role as the wife of a significant leader in Indian politics.

Chandrababu Naidu Kids: Meet Nara Lokesh

Nara Lokesh is N. Chandrababu Naidu’s son. Nara Lokesh is the son of Indian politician N. Chandrababu Naidu. 

He has been politically engaged and has held many government positions, including that of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council member. Nara Lokesh is also married to Brahmani Nandamuri, with whom he shares a son, Nara Devaansh.

He’s a politician from India. He is N. Chandrababu Naidu’s son. He was also a Panchayat Raj, Rural.

In the 2019 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly Elections, he and his father, TDP chairman Chandrababu Naidu, suffered a huge political loss by winning only 23 out of a total of 175 seats. This was the TDP’s worst defeat in history. His MLC term expires on March 29, 2023.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

He began his political career with the TDP. Lokesh was appointed General Secretary of the TDP and a member of the Politburo, the party’s top decision-making body, in 2014. He oversaw the party, engaged with its members and citizens, and helped shape its policies and strategies.
